Information Sessions

If you’re interested in volunteering overseas, come along to an information session to learn about two great Australian Government, AusAID initiatives. Upcoming information sessions are a perfect opportunity to learn more about the Australian Volunteers for International Development and Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development (AYAD) programs. Whether you’re a passionate young Australian or a skilled worker, there is an opportunity for you to make a lasting difference overseas using your skills and knowledge.

Volunteer information sessions are held across Australia throughout the year. Sessions run for  1.5 hours and it is important to register if you plan to attend. Information sessions are not part of the application process for either the Australian Volunteers for International Development or the AYAD programs, but they do provide clear advice on how to apply and how the programs differ. They can also help give you the edge in your application and a better understanding about what it means to live and work in a developing country.

Please Note: All Information Sessions will run from 6:30pm - 8:00pm in all states
